Use distribution Groups to compile one or more distribution lists. Add delays or transitions to provide for a window of time to allow preferred partners to view and respond to a load.

RTF will also automatically identify the loads that have agreed-upon or contracted rates, and verify if the rates are still effective. RTF supports two types of tendering; a Roll-Out Tender, that will notify the ranked carriers in order with their rate, or the First Response Tender, which will blast the load to all ranked carriers - each with their respective rate. With each tender option, the carrier can either Accept or Reject the load.
