Streamlined Communication
To find trucks through a Real Time Freight private load board, you simply post the load details, and all carriers that have been invited to your network will receive the load in real-time via the secure, web-based application. And they use that same application to respond with their ability to carry the load. Your transportation managers can see all available equipment/carriers in one easy-to-view screen, and can easily decide which carrier to secure for that load. You can now post a load and secure it with one of your regular carriers without ever making a phone call.
Using a centralized system for communication of loads achieves significant advantages:
Information Sharing — having the freight transportation details accessible to everyone prevents loss of information from one employee to the next. This is great for companies with multiple shipping locations, and also for transportation departments with multiple shifts.
Job Training — if your freight transportation manager is ever unexpectedly out, or is promoted to another area within the company, the information and knowledge that he used won’t be gone with him. Filling in for, or transitioning to a replacement freight transportation manager, becomes a quick and simple task with all of the current, recent and historic information available via the same system used for carrier management.

Carrier Networks
Your private load board consists of only the carriers and carrier brokers that you personally invite to your network. And through this board, they are the only carriers that will see your loads when you post them. This ensures that all responses are from only those trucking companies that you know and trust.
To build your private network, you can provide us with a spreadsheet or whatever file you can easily send to us with all important contact information for your carriers. We will add each one to your private board, and then communicate with each carrier to inform them of your new initiative of posting loads once within the Real Time Freight system for all available carriers to be able to offer their equipment for. Each carrier will receive login information and directions on how to submit offers, and secure loads through your private load board.
Overflow Freight
When you have more freight than available freight carriers — you need to find trucks fast. Posting the same load details that you did within your private network, you can share a load that you need picked up with Real Time Freight’s public network of over 12,000 qualified carriers via a Public Load Board.
